1. Overview
This Return Policy explains how you may return or exchange physical calm kits purchased from Movementaenergyi, including the Evening Reflection Journal, Amber Dim-Light Set, and Rest Boundary Planner. Digital evening guides delivered electronically are covered under separate terms in section 8. We comply with Swedish distance selling rules and EU consumer protection standards.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the goods. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to info@movementaenergyi.pro or contact us at +46707447201 before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the Swedish Consumer Agency, but it is not mandatory.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Returned calm kits must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (bulbs, guides, markers, planners). Light testing is permitted as you would in a retail shop, but journals should not contain written entries beyond a single test page. Items showing excessive wear, missing components, or damage caused after delivery may receive partial refunds or be rejected.
4. Return Process
Follow these steps for a smooth return:
- Contact us within the withdrawal window with your order number and product name.
- Receive return instructions and the correct shipping address in Uppsala.
- Ship the product within fourteen days of notifying us, using a traceable service.
- We confirm receipt and inspect the item within five business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you withdraw using the standard right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the product was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend insured shipping for the Amber Dim-Light Set due to fragility. If we sent the wrong item, we will reimburse reasonable return postage upon proof of cost.
6. Refunds
After approved return, we refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs for the least expensive option we offered, within fourteen days using the original payment method unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold refund until goods are received or until you provide proof of shipment. Refunds cover product price in SEK as listed at purchase (249 SEK journal, 399 SEK light set, 189 SEK planner) minus any permitted deductions for diminished value.
7. Exchanges
If you prefer a different calm kit of equal value, contact us before returning. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Price differences require additional payment or partial refund as applicable.
8. Digital Guides
Digital evening guides and downloadable materials are non-returnable once access is granted, in accordance with exceptions for supplied digital content where performance has begun with your express consent. Preview excerpts may be available before purchase; contact us if access fails due to technical issues for a replacement link or refund at our discretion.
9. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your calm kit arrives damaged or defective, notify us within forty-eight hours with photographs of packaging and product. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by Swedish consumer law. This right is separate from the voluntary withdrawal period and may extend beyond fourteen days.
10. Non-Returnable Items
Customized journals with personal embossing, clearance items marked final sale, and gift cards are not returnable unless defective. Hygiene-related items opened beyond inspection may not be eligible for return where safety regulations apply.
11. Business Customers
If you purchase on behalf of a company and confirm business status at checkout, statutory withdrawal rights may not apply. Business returns are handled under separate written agreements. Contact us for bulk orders of guides or kits for workplaces.
